Key Considerations

  • Custom font files must be uploaded to the global Brand Center by Global Administrators or Brand Center Owners
  • While all font files are stored in the Brand Center, font packages can be created at the global (tenant) or local (site) level
  • Font packages can be applied to SharePoint sites or the Viva Connections experience
  • Supported file types include TrueType (.ttf), OpenType (.otf), and Web Open Font Format (.woff, .woff2)
