Over the years, clients have often asked me to recreate SharePoint examples they found online – only to realize those sleek designs come with a catch. Many of them are built by third-party vendors, which means extra licenses, and a crash course in yet another tool you never asked for.
Now, don’t get me wrong – I do realize that SharePoint’s out-of-the-box (OOTB) features have their limits. That’s why I focus on practical, sustainable solutions that make the most of what SharePoint already offers – no gimmicks, no surprises, and definitely no extra invoices. 🎉
Enter LookBook 365
For years, Microsoft has maintained its own Lookbook, a collection of SharePoint sites for various business scenarios. I’d always send clients there, saying, “See? SharePoint can look good!” It’s a great resource, and if you haven’t checked it out, you definitely should.
That’s when it hit me – why not build my own version, tailored around the real-world solutions I’ve created for other clients?
