Full Name
This calculated column uses a SharePoint formula to combine a first and last name into a single full name. Because it lives in a calculated column, SharePoint fills the value in for every item automatically - no custom development and nothing for your users to type.
How It Works
- What it does: Joins First Name and Last Name into a single full name.
- What you get: One value – Jane and Smith show Jane Smith.
- If a value is missing: If one name is blank, you get just the other (with a stray space), not an error.
